Greetings from the Organizing Committee of ISPAE 2023!!

It is indeed with great pleasure that we invite you to the 8th biennial meeting of ISPAE to be held at Bengaluru, on 17 - 19 th November 2023. Reputed National and International speakers will be sharing their knowledge and expertise at this prestigious event. We do not need to remind you that this will also be the first physical conference after 4 years and hence we presume that you will be happy to attend this memorable event. We hope you will grace this meeting in large numbers to make this a memorable Conference. Distinguished experts from international bodies, viz., European Society of Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE), Asia Pacific Paediatric Endocrine Society (APPES), and International Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Diabetes (ISPAD) will be participating.

Pediatric Endocrinology for Trainees (PET) School will also be organized as a Residential 3 day Pre Conference Academic Activity (14 - 16 th November 2023). We shall be enrolling nearly 40 Clinical Fellows currently training in Paediatric Endocrinology in various Centres in India and also from the APPES region. Various topics related to growth, diabetes and other endocrine disorders will be covered during this training programme. Dr. Ahila Ayyahoo will be the Convener and Dr. Shaila Bhattacharyya will be the Co-Convener. This is being arranged amidst the greenery and sylvan surroundings of a natural resort close to the Bengaluru International Airport, Bengaluru.

The organising chairman, ISPAE 2023 Bengaluru team and ISPAE 23-24 team have a great pleasure in inviting you to the Garden and Silicon city of India, Bengaluru, to attend the ‘8th Biennial Conference of the Indian Society for Paediatric and Adolescent Endocrinology’. This academic meeting is going to be held from 17th to 19th November 2023 at new and beautiful Convention Centre, Hilton Hotel, Manyata tech park Bengaluru. November is the best time of the year to visit ‘Namma Bengaluru’. You will enjoy pleasant weather, mouth- watering Karnataka cuisine and excellent academic extravaganza. Along with all this our warm hospitality awaits you!

In line with the theme of the conference, “Enhancing Paediatric Endocrine Care- Shaping the Future Together,” both national and international faculty would be sharing their experience and knowledge about present and future management of common and rare paediatric endocrine problems. I extend my heartfelt welcome and appreciation to them. ​Biennial ISPAE conference is not just for sharing and expanding the academic knowledge, but also for renewing old friendships to meet and greet new friends and exchange innovative ideas.

The main conference will be preceded by the ISPAE PET Fellows School from 14th to 16th November 2023, a three-day intensive residential training program for young paediatric endocrinologists / adult endocrinologists. This program has great in-depth discussions, presentations, small group discussions among faculty and delegates. The Biennial meeting is conducted in collaboration with ESPE, APPES & ISPAD.
